Through mind, body, and spirit counselors work with clients to better their lives.  

Trauma and Person Centered Therapies guide the treatment planning and therapeutic sessions.  Using mindful actions, talk therapy and active listening clients work through their emotional issues in each session.  In therapy homework and strategies will be given to better the individual.  These need to be practiced at home for the healing to really begin.
